The dyeing facility is equipped with 9 jigger machines for dyeing, two RAMs for all processes following dyeing, and finally, machines for calendering and moiré finishing. Thanks to the use of these machines and chemical treatments, TAS fabrics can boast several features such as: water repellency, the moiré effect (a historic company process), fray resistance, and overall greater strength and compactness; not to mention the wide range of colors/variants that can be added.
Dyeing and scouring are carried out on jigger machines and precede every subsequent stage. This step is managed with the utmost care and decades of experience. The dyes and chemicals used have been updated over time, complying with the latest ecological regulations and also designed for water savings.

The resin-coating machine allows the fabric to “open up” and absorb resins that make it less fragile and more stable. This machine uses resins that, over the years, have been constantly replaced to comply with environmental standards.
