Founded in 1928, Tessitura Armand Saccal (TAS) began as a manufacturer of high-density silks, intended for sacred vestments, tapestries, calendars, and multiple decorative applications.
Over the years, the company has perfected exclusive processes such as Moiré, Gros Grain, Crêpes, and stretch fabrics, establishing itself in sectors such as footwear, leather goods, fine bookbinding, and luxury packaging. In particular, our Moiré is recognized worldwide for its characteristic “eye” effect, the result of a unique and highly valued artisanal process.
Since 1999, with its entry into the Giani Group, the company has been based in Busto Arsizio, just minutes from Milan Malpensa. Here, a modern facility and innovative machinery have strengthened ties with major international fashion brands, thanks to creative solutions, research, and new weaving techniques.

Thanks to our in-house dyeing and finishing, today TAS is a fully vertical operation: from spinning to the finished fabric. This allows us to guarantee color uniformity, fast turnaround times, and targeted treatments (up to 360 cm in height), offering reliable, distinctive, and 100% Made in Italy fabrics.
