Our “corded fabrics” are distinguished by their raised surface and greater thickness/weight. This characteristic effect is due to the thickness of the weft yarns used and to weave structures that further enhance the relief. Widely used as linings for leather goods and outer fabrics, but also in furnishings for heavier items, cannettati are among the most versatile fabrics. Our articles range from lighter and more open variants to more compact and massive ones. They are mostly made of 100% viscose, with some available in “moiré” versions.
